rice stick noodles are made from a pure paste of rice flour and water that has been flattened onto a surface and cut into long broad strips of 10mm breadth

Place rice sticks in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice sticks into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice sticks into a colander, Rice sticks are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir fry food, oriental soup dishes and cold salads.
