If you have placed an order and would like to change your selection, you can either make another separate order which will be delivered with your previous order or you can drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of ordering and our team will amend your order sheet.
Once an order is placed, you will receive both a confirmation email and text to confirm it has been processed. You will then also receive a text once your order has been shipped with our couriers and is en route to you that day.
If you have placed an order and not received a confirmation email, drop us an email to email@example.com and we will check your order number and see if payment has been taken.
Your order may be cancelled or refunded if it falls outside our delivery range, in which case you will also be notified by email and phone.
