It is a product derived from whole wheat grains. Upon arrival at the Industry, the raw material undergoes a rigorous quality control, and then undergoes the transformation that comprises the following process: grinding of the edible part of the grain, hydration, cooking, grinding and drying. Each batch produced faithfully follows the standards of the Ministry of Health.
