These fairtrade Organic Mackerel are sustainably fished off the Northern coast of scotland using the mid water pelagic trawl method set on dense schools of moving fish. Sourced from a fishery certified to the Marine Stewardship Council's environmental Standards. Fish4Ever believe in sustainability for land, sea and people, only work with local boats, campaign actively for sustainable seas, better management, against illegal fishing and always promote and prefer small-scale local fishing because smaller boats deserve a fair share of the catch.
