The Lemon & Herbs basting sauce is a traditional ingredient to grill chicken in Portugal.

Add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of baste and coat the chicken with a brush during cooking on the grill, to keep it fresh and juicy.
Can be used as a table sauce too.
