Fresh  Seafood Noodles was the Salted Egg Seafood Beehoon. Here, the Beehoon is stir fried with seafood stock, similar to how Hokkien Mee is made. The noodles had a great texture, pairing especially well with the crispy pork lard to create a nice chewy and crispy mouthfeel!
